Shipping policy
How we ship your orders within and outside Puerto Rico, and which products are picked up in store.

1. Delivery options
1.1You can choose delivery to the address you provide in your order or free pickup at any of our stores in Puerto Rico. The options and costs available for your address are shown before you pay.
1.2Shipping cost is calculated based on the delivery address and the weight of the products. That calculation has limits: if we detect a discrepancy due to the weight or volume of the order, we will contact you before shipping to look for alternatives.
2. Salon equipment: in-store pickup only
2.1Shipping of salon equipment (chairs, shampoo bowls, stations, robots, dryers, tables, among others) is restricted and limited to our stores in Puerto Rico. We will notify you and coordinate pickup at the store of your convenience.
2.2Check your equipment at the time of delivery; we are not responsible for damage to equipment once it has left the store.
3. Delivery times and carriers
3.1We do our best to deliver products within the time indicated in the product description. We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping service provider (USPS or another courier).
3.2Some products have shipping restrictions and some cannot be shipped to international destinations. If your order includes one, we will let you know before you complete your purchase.
4. Address and lost packages
4.1The user is responsible for providing an accurate and complete delivery address. If the package is returned to our store due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the user will be responsible for the cost of reshipping.
4.2If a package is misrouted or lost in transit, no refund will be issued until the package is found and returned to our warehouse. Once located, we will arrange its delivery to the customer.
5. Availability
5.1It is our intention to have every product shown on the site available; however, occasionally we may have difficulties. In that case we will offer you an alternative product and check with you before shipping.
